Outrageous Make Up...

Hey Bloggers.

Long time no speak lately.
What with me not having an Internet connection at home and the fact I have been busy preparing work for uni. The blog has been a bit left behind, but fear not over the holidays I wrote several blogs that will over the next week or two be put up to see.

So back to business.

Do you sometimes find that you see or hear something and the same day or whenever it gets mentioned yet it has not been talked about for ages and yet you only thought or saw or heard about it not long after.

For example I listened to a song I hadn't heard for ages and then over the course of the week it seemed to be played everywhere, on radio, in shops and at friends houses.

This happened to me today involving Make Up.

In good old Primark I was having a usual look around for a bargain when I looked and saw this girl who not only was wearing gorgeous black eyeliner and had beautiful false lashes that looked real but around her eye she had three gorgeous blue coloured gems stuck to near her eye. The first thing I thought was of the photos of Make Up you see in art shows and Catwalks of that beautiful Over the top Make Up where it is not about naturalism but about showing off and in turn showing your best features.

Later when I went to my Friend Jen's house. Her housemate Emma was discussing how on our student night on Wednesday we should go wild and glam with our Make Up for change. This brings me to the point of nothing for ages with Make Up, get a idea and someone else picks up on it without having to say anything.

This Look Make Up is big with Music stars the most recent one is of Lily Allen.

As you can see from these Photos she has embraced the over dramatic eyeshadow and Glitter and it shows off a really different side to Lily. (Credit to PerezHilton.com for the first Lily photo: I don' t want get sued lol)

But of course the over dramatic make came from the Glam Rockers of the 70's people such as Bryan Ferry, David Bowie and of course Adam Ant took this look and ran away with it. It didn't matter that they were men, they were outrageous with their Make Up as they were off stage.

Now it is my turn to try and go a bit outrageous. In the next few days I will try some looks and post them on here and also of course I will show you the finished product on Wednesday/Thursday.

This is the one thing I have always wanted to do Make Up wise and now finally all those years experimenting in my Bedroom (No wrong ideas lol) with Make Up may actually come to fruition.
